What I expected, but with few disappointments

The design is perfect. Slim and very good looking, with touch buttons in front panel that require a light touch (similar to touching a good mobile phone touch screen).Setup was straight-forward, although when I had some problems choosing my language as default (when I did it changed other language options to irrelevant settings!)Operation is according to technical details, regarding discs' playback and other media.Youtube operation is is, although searching of tubes could be better and more efficient.BUT, there is a BIG BUT, the remote control is A-W-F-U-L. I couldn't imagine that in year 2013, a branded product could have such an awful equipment. Besides its small size, cheap looking and feeling, and mess-up design, the buttons are very small, and too close together, so it is very difficult to press them. Additionally, they are very hard to press, so the whole process of setting the machine or searching for a youtube video, is EXTREMELY PAINFUL for the fingers.Conclusion: Although it is a quality product that operates as expected, the quality and operation of remote control is so bad, that if I knew it I wouldn't have bought it. I feel disappointed for my choice, especially when I think that it is a nice machine, without the appropriate quality remote control to operate it. Hopefully Toshiba listen it and will never do that mistake again.
