I purchased this to compliment my 55" LG Cinema 3D TV. It provides a great picture on both standard DVDs and Blu-Rays, with impressive up-scaling abilities. The player also connects to the web, using an Ethernet connection. However, as my router was too far away from the player to easily connect it, I purchased a 'wi-fi dongle' for around £30.00 and this works fine. Lovefilm, Netflix and BBC iPlayer are all there - although iPlayer currently is not working on LG systems (they state this will be fixed soon). All in all, very pleased with this and, if you have a 3d TV, this will compliment it beautifully.

Nothing to add to the positive comments already written here - when it worked I was very happy with it.My single gripe is that after a week the BBC iPlayer app stopped working (instead of loading the app, the screen turned white). Tried resetting, checking network, connections, update, other apps still work. LG support couldn't help. As iPlayer was my main reason for getting a smart blu-ray player, I've returned it.
