nice blu-ray player but not very sturdy.

I got this model of blu-ray player a year ago and while the picture is good and very light weight, it isnt very sturdy and within a month the eject button had caved in - rendering it useless without the remote. Moreover in the past month it has started to make a very loud noise when select blu-ray's are playing (so loud that you cant hear the film you are trying to watch), though I cant figure out why as with other discs there is no problem. Other than these issues I love my blu-ray player... but no one likes having items that only half work, and certainly not within a year of having bought it.

Having checked many places for one of these items yours is good,and the price seems good too,what i want to know is,does it have a usb port,and will i be able to play films onto a television from a seagate external drive which i have many films on,and of course to play dvd's on.
